The specifications of T67DC and T67DCC series vane pumps are as follows:
1. T67DC series double vane pump
Pressure parameters
Maximum pressure: 240bar for P1 port, 240-300bar for P2 port (under multi-pump design,
the pressure of P2 port is slightly lower than that of single pump)
Continuous pressure: usually 80%-90% of the maximum pressure to ensure long-term stable operation
Displacement parameters
P1 port displacement: 158-269mL/rev, suitable for high pressure and large flow requirements
P2 port displacement: 50-158mL/rev, which can be combined with P1 port to achieve flow matching
Typical combination: such as P1=269mL/rev (E series pump core) +P2=158mL/rev (D series pump core)
Speed range
Industrial pump: 600-3600rpm, supports low-speed and high-viscosity conditions (such as maintaining high efficiency at 600rpm)
Vehicle type pump: 400-2800rpm, adapted to the dynamic needs of vehicle hydraulic system
